My take on Project 365
Saturday, January 10, 2009
So here is my take on Project 365. I wanted to do this project so bad that I have been doing the prep work for the last few days. Along with the Project 365 from Becky, I also had thoughts about doing the project that was seen on CTMH TV (the last Art and Soul). So what did I do, I put them both together! Each month will consist of a layout, calendar (for extra journaling and capturing the memories that were not caputured on camera) and a photo and journaling for each day of the year.
As you can see the journal cards are simply 4X6 cut in half. The journal stamp in CTMH new stamp set Key to my Heart works perfectly for this space.
I will alternate color combos for each month so the whole scrapbook will not consist of the same colors and to keep me from getting board! LOL
Some of the pics from week 2 are missing because it is going to be easier to print them out and the end of the month! I also have a planner that I am doing the journaling in and then I will add it to my cards. I'm doing this so I won't forget to journal and besides it's easier to having the planner handy.
Now on to the deets!
Stamps sets used were - Key to my Heart, large and small friendship alpha, and noteworthy all CTMH
Colors used this month are kiwi, breeze, orchid bouquet, pink carnation and black also CTMH. I had to use up my stash of retired colors LOL
Other stuff used - 12x12 photo protectors by Pebbles Inc, time and date stamp from Office Depot and kraft cardstock from PTI
Thanks for looking and come back to see the other weeks and months!

What a clever idea to do it by the week....I, too, will never take a picture a day. Thanks for sharing!! I also like to see that you're using the KTMH journal block. I'll have to try this...
1st, I'll have to catch up on the past 5 weeks.
