Sending a Happy Hello

Friday, July 10, 2009

Hey ya!

I thought I'd share this quick card I made that hopefully will be going postal sometime soon!

If you have questions about anything I use on my cards please email me. I've been a bit lazy when about including the details of my card. I normally share and do a write up but it's been good to even get something posted this summer!

I took the kids to see the new Ice Age movie and was a little disappointed that it only lasted about an hour! yea you heard right not quite an hour long and they even asked you to recycle the 3D glasses after you paid an additional 2 buckaroos!! I still did the right thing by recycling but the nerve of them. Can't believe it, the movie should have at least been an hour and a half - geez!

The kids liked it so that's all that matters right?! I just had to vent!!!

Thanks for stopping by and come back.
On a side note - I really really really appreciate comments, they make me smile!
See ya later alligator -say's Raegan

I'm "In the Spotlight" this week!

Thursday, July 9, 2009

Can I get a Woot Woot! I am so happy Dawn picked this card to be in the spotlight this week for her Raspberry Suite color challenges. If you haven't played you really should. The colors are sometimes easy and sometimes "challenging" but it allows you to get out of your comfort zone a little and use colors you wouldn't normally use together.
Thanks Dawn (dawnmcvey.typepad.com)

Head on over to her blog and check out all of the other cards that made it "in the spotlight" Congrats to all of the other ladies!

Check back with me later as I will try to post -yes another card! I so need to be scrapbooking but I just can't stop making cards!

Thanks for stopping by!!!

Heartfelt Thanks

Tuesday, July 7, 2009

I am almost done uploading my cards that I've been working on the last few weeks!

I really need to layoff the cards for a while because I have been neglecting my scrapbooks. It's just been easier to finish a card rather than a layout.

I really need to learn more about digi scrapping to get caught up! if anyone has any digi scrapbooking tips please share!

Okay, enough rambling here is my card!
Enjoy

Raspberry Suite Color Challenge #11

Monday, July 6, 2009

I have been MIA for a while, I know, I know. Hopefully I will be able to post more frequently. We have been busy with the kids, vacation and holidays! I'm sure you all know how that goes!

I hope everyone had a Happy 4th, we sure did. We got to see Clint Black perform at Ft. Polk and we also saw an amazing fireworks show with lots of patriotic songs. Can't beat that on the 4th of July huh?!

Okay, okay here's what you really came for!

This is a card I made for Dawn's Color Challenge.
Enjoy!
